Online bookings generally offer the “best available rates” for that date and time.
Are your hotel rates per person or per room?
Hotel rates are per room, based on a maximum occupancy as followed:
- Max Occupancy 1 in Single/ Double for Sole
- Max Occupancy 2 in double/ Twin
- Max Occupancy 3 in Triple
- Max Occupancy 4/5 in Family Rooms depending on availability
Are my credit card details necessary when making a reservation?
Yes, your credit card details are essential to guarantee the reservation.
What are the types of credit card accepted during the booking process?
We accept all the universally accepted credit cards during the booking process like MasterCard, Visa, Amex & Diner and Switch.
Will my credit card be charged?
We may block an amount on the credit card, equivalent to a 1 night’s room charge to guarantee payment but this block will automatically be released within 1 month if it is not redeemed. Furthermore, we do not charge without proper authorization from the guest. However, select packages may require full pre-payment at the time of booking but this will be made known at the time of making the reservation. Guests can choose to settle the bill in cash or credit card at the time of check-out.
How safe are credit card details that are submitted online?
Our hotel uses a SSL secure encryption to ensure that all your personal information and credit card details are kept confidential. The security of our guests’ information is very important to us.
For added security, guests are requested to present the credit card used in the online booking/purchase process with personal identification (ID card or passport) upon check-in. Should you not wish to submit your credit card information online, we are pleased to accept reservations via fax or phone. However, credit card information will still be required to guarantee the reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the following will apply:
- If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.

Early check-ins are subject to room availability.
What is the charge for a late check-out?
Late check-outs are subject to room availability and the charges are as follows:
Check out before 2.00 pm: £25 charge (based on overnight rate)
Check out after 2.00 pm: Full charge applies

Yes, all the rooms are non-smoking
Do you have twin, triple and quadruple rooms?
Yes, we do have all of those room types. For further information, please kindly contact us.
Do you have inter-connecting rooms?
Yes, we have 1 inter-connecting room with double room and twin room

No, we do not charge for visitors. However, identification may be required for security purposes.
What is the hotel’s policy regarding children?
- All children are welcome.
- All children under 12 years are charged GBP 20 per night for extra beds.
- All further older children or adults are charged GBP 20 per night for extra beds.
Does the hotel provide any baby-sitting services?
No, sorry we do not provide a baby-sitting service.

Breakfast for Monday to Friday will be 7.00am – 9.30am
Breakfast for Saturday & Sunday will be 8.00am. – 10.00am

Yes, vegetarian dishes are available upon request.
Do you have special facilities and services available for the disabled guests?
Yes, we have two rooms with easy access facilities which are twin/double room and one standard double room.
What is the hotel’s policy regarding pets?
We are pet-friendly hotel.

As of 1st February, our Pet Charge is £20.00 per night, per pet.

Caged animals /aquarium animals (which must remain in their enclosures, are also welcome).

Please note that we do not accept cats.

We require Guests to notify us in advance of any pet/s staying, in order for more suitable accommodation to be allocated to your booking.

We kindly ask that pets are supervised at all times. In addition, the pets are not allowed in the public area such as restaurant or bar except guide dogs; unless at the Duty Managers discretion.
